Day in a Life (Mo-Fr)
- wake up at 7
- eat cereal, have a protein shake
- train from 8-9:30
- eat eggs
- sleep from 10:30-12:30
- train, eat
- train again from 15-18:00
- eat
- sleep
Saturday & Sunday he trains from 10-13:00
