In today’s lesson we learn about low carbing for powerlifters 🙂
Yes, 700g carbs a day is considered low carb. Everybody knows this. It’s when you get to 10 boxes a day or 1000g carbs or more, that’s high carb dieting.
Here is what makes the powerlifter happy:
- juice, chicken patties, chicken wings and macaroni and cheese
- Melatonin &Â ZMAÂ for a good night’s sleep
288kg squat to finish things off. In a comment he said that for the backyard meet he will aim for around 308kg on his 3rd attempt.

Guy is trolling he is trained by josh bryant one of the top powerlifting coaches plus the guy has been on a ton of drugs for last few years.anyways. Very strong lifting though.

Wow. Always been impressed with his deadlifting but the depth on that squat was lush. He earned his mac and cheese that day.
