Try this Protein Waffles recipe.
Ingredients for one serving:
- 4 (125 mL) egg whites or 2 whole eggs + 2 egg whites
- 1 / 2 cup oatmeal
- 2 scoops of your favorite protein powder
- 150 g cottage cheese
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 2 teaspoon sweetener or 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
Directions:
- remove surplus liquid from the cottage cheese by squeezing it in a kitchen towel
- blend all ingredients to form a homogeneous mass
- bake the protein waffle batter in a waffle iron (or just use a pan)
