This was her first training session after arriving in Tokyo, 2 days out from competition.
Workout:
- Snatch up 90kg (she snatched 99kg later in comp)
- Clean & Jerk up to 105kg (120kg C&J in comp)
- Snatch Pull 105kg
- Front Squat 120kg
- Squat Jumps
- Sit Ups
- Back Extensions
