About those rounded back deadlifts. Coach Eduards Andruskevics told me he likes them, because in addition to all the weightlifting specific exercises that usually require isometric strength (keeping the back straight), it’s important to train the full range of motion of a muscle (from rounded – full stretch, to full contraction) in addition to all. Use light weights and caution.
