Update 31.01.2017: Clean & Jerks!
After you saw how Rebeka Koha did in her first Bundesliga competition, here is the full video of all her snatches, including all warm up attempts.
Because the round based competition format was new for the Latvians they had to move quickly during warm up (starting a little sooner than they originally expected). On some attempts she barely rested 25 seconds (see 80-84kg)!
Evidently this wasn’t a problem for Rebeka, who handled it like a pro, trusting in the abilities of her coach.
The lack of missed attempts that night speaks for itself.
You’ll also notice that in between rounds she takes on her last warm up weight (84kg) to stay warm during the longer breaks. See this post for more info about the round based competition format.
