Here is a short report on what went on with Clarence Kennedy at the 2012 European Junior Championships.
The plan had been to enter 180kg and then increase to 190kg to disrupt the warm‐up of others. We discussed possibly opening with 187kg, but given the strength and ease of Clarence’s last warm‐up with 182kg, the lifts he has made in training and how well he had handled the snatches it seemed right to open with 190kg as planned. This would allow Clarence to be in the mix for medals.

Seems like they got too aggressive. He missed a snatch and looked a bit shakey on the ones he did hit. Never came close on a jerk. Should have left the mind games out of it and just gone 180, 185, 190ish. How would Kendrick stack up to the best Euro Jrs? Did I see a 161 sna and good attempts in the low 190s on cnj?

The amount of professionalism is simply mindblowing. And thinking of the fact that it al started with posting training vids on youtube. Looking at the calander i’m bookmarking oct.5 in my memory. If Clarence will come of course.
