He says they focus on the classic big compound movements, such as the Olympic lifts, Bench Press, Pull ups etc…
Also great emphasis is laid on prehab and recovery. Everybody does a pre-workout recovery program, has their post workout nutrition prepared and does some hydrotherapy (contrast baths or cold tank) after their workouts.
