- seated bent knee hurdle stretch for external rotators / IT band, “twist into leg”
- side to side kneeling glute /IT band stretch (crossed legs, extended legs)
- couch stretch /lean back to hit the hamstring
- elevated leg hamstring stretch (ballet dancer stretch)
