I’m trying to use this for my sister who is new to weight training. I entered her numbers in the yellow boxes and everything stayed the same. What am I doing wrong? Thanks.

Hey, the spreadsheet seems to be bugging out in Google Docs, I’m seeing #REF issues everywhere.
Looks like someone named “jd” overwrote the original sheet. Is there any way to get the old one back?
