It follows him through some typical training sessions. From his awesome gym in the snowy mountains of Norway to a midnight session in a commercial gym. Great man, great training attitude.

Part 3 – Assistance exercises, Tyre Flips, 180kg Stones, Farmers Walks in the snow, Ice Bath in a mountain river
Part 4 – in a commercial gym, Front Squats 270kg x4, Karlsen Squat (hack squat facing the other way! up to 430kg x7), leg extensions, calf raises, warm up for deadlifts
Part 5 – Deadlift 370kg x3, seated rows, shrugs, pull downs, rear delt flys, 3x 500m row, nutrition
