Strangely enough, I found that as soon as I ditched my Rehband knee sleeves, my knee pain got much much better. I know that it can mess with patellar tracking in some, so if you have used knee sleeves for a while, I recommend seeing if that helps.

Good perspective IMO.
Lets not depend too much on knee sleeves (especially if your knee pain is not during lifting!).
Walking sled pulls also work similarly to terminal knee extension.
Active isolation stretching &/ PNF stretching of the quads, adductors, and abductors are also good remediation measures.

Very, very interesting. I started developing some knee pain after wearing Rehband knee sleeves, and I began to wonder if the sleeves might be a contributor or even the primary cause. I doubted it, since they are so widely used and are just sleeves. But as of late I have stopped wearing them, and with better results it seems. Prior to the Rehbands, I had a pair of Tommy Kono sleeves. They were ugly, but man, did they keep the joint warm. I lost the TKs, and decided to try the Rehbands because they were far away the most popular. Thanks for the post.

However, there square measure some home remedies that you
simply will use even before you create the trip to the doctor. 1st and
foremost, rest. Nothing works within the case of knee pain, or for that matter,
any joint pain, like rest. Giving the joint some rest permits the inflammation
to subside, fairly often the sole factor that’s required in any case. Ice and
warmth packs are useful devices, tho’ you ought to raise a doctor that one in
every of these is suggested for your variety of this pain.
