Travis Cooper (85kg) gets a 195kg Clean PR.
The “Blocks” look also pretty interesting. They looks like one the crash pads you would use for bouldering. I was thinking about getting/ building something similar, so I can finally drop weight in my home gym.
Update: Thanks to TNL who pointed that these are the Soft Impact Plyo Boxes from MDUSA (Free Ad – Go and buy all their boxes, they are on sale).
Those blocks are the plyometric blocks that’s sold by MDUSA

Thanks for digging them up. I searched their site for blocks and nothing came up.
I always thought he would be such a better lifter if he stayed 85kg but just leaned out. Seems is he holding quite a bit of fat.
He’s fucking 5’5″ you retard.
Hey Jake,
please keep the comment quality above YouTube levels in the future. It would be much appreciated.
LOL cause height has anything to do with how much fat one is holding.
He does not look fatter cause he is 5’5″ at 85kg, he looks fatter because well he is holding quite a bit of fat. Way more fat than most lifters in his class, especially when you consider olympic level athletes.
Aren’t you sub’d to MDUSAweightlifting???
I am, It was just the first time that I noticed the blocks.
Shankle lives in a plyobox fort lol.
Gregor do you have any plans/sketches for this blocs? I cant afford those, cant even get them in my country.
Here are some plans for wooden ones. http://pendlayforum.com/showpost.php?p=40295&postcount=3
No sketches, but I was thinking about something similar to little foam pits with an elevated platform in the middle to stand on.
Would be great if someone has plans for something similair to this
I’ve linked a post below.
@Philip Waterfield I meant something for dropping bar…i lift in basement and cant drop bar beacouse of noise…i need something to drop in if i fail squat etc. but thanks for help!!
Here are some plans for a platform which is fitted with carpet in the channels. Also these for even more sound protection: 1 – https://allthingsgym.com/2012/04/reduce-noise-of-a-weightlifting-platform/ 2 – http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_rvPYabrD_A (note 4:50)
