these girls put me in a big big shame.
Female weightlifting starts to make me more interested than the male. The evolution they have gone through the last 20 years is absolutely mind blowing! Looking back in the 80’s and 90’s women were ridiculous. Always screaming,crying,going mad in the same time. Good technique practically didn’t exist excluding a very few special cases. Today women are beautiful,strong,high quality lifters who fight for the very last moment. I just love watching them.
