That box jump is just insane. 162cm, damn near 64 inches for us Americans.

His long jump in the video must be close to 11 feet, insane jumping power!

About running, not much, actually 🙂 We do a couple of laps for warm-up. Then we run 4 x 50m, but not at max speed since there’s a risk of injury due to a different nature of effort compared to weightlifting.
