Over at Gymnastic Bodies you can learn about the Weighted Pike Stretch.
I do these from time to time. Comes in handy after Deadlift days.
- 2-3 times per Week
- 2-3 sets of 30 seconds
By the way, with straddled legs, this is a great stretch when you are working on your Pancake Stretch.
