Planks. This girl is doing it right.
The only legitimate way to do this boring exercise is with a bunch of extra weight.

When she is not planking like boss she deadlifts 138kg with good form.
Gonna be hard to do that on my own!
You can probably load a couple of plates yourself.
But yeah, if you really want some poundage you need some extra hands.
I have no clue why she’s doing a plank with plates. I wouldn’t do that. Those plates restrict scapular protraction. also her hips are too high.
