Glenn Pendlay started a cooking series – The Weightlifter’s Kitchen.
In episode 1 he makes a stew using a crock pot.
Stews are one of the easiest meals to prepare and they taste even better the next day.
Ingredients
- beef
- carrots
- potatoes
- onions
- seasoning: soy sauce, hot sauce, salt, bouillon cubes
I also suggest throwing some canned tomatoes or peppers in there.
