Chad Vaughn is coaching the Snatch Pull Under.
A great drill to work on that speed under the bar as it isolates the extreme extension portion of the snatch.
Shrug up on the toes and the lean back to make room for a straight bar path.

In German this exercise is called Umgruppieren breit or Umgruppieren eng, depending on the grip width. In the Trainingsmittelkatalog, which contains the exercises used within the german weightlifting federation it has the number 8.

So they aim for 80% on this exercise? What does Max. Wo. MGH stand for?
Magneto says
They should only go to 80% of their maximum snatch in this exercise. Max. Wo. MHG stands for “maximales mittleres Hantelgewicht pro Woche” – maximum average weight on the bar per week (in this exercise). In easy words: When you average the weight of every rep in this exercise performed in one week, it should only be around 65 % of your maximum snatch, so that the program is well-balanced and you’re not doing too much in this exercise.
