What has Evgeny Chigishev been up to after he retired from professional weightlifting?
Here is a 10min video about him.
As always, if you can help with the translation of the main points it would be greatly appreciated.
Update: Thanks for taking the time to translate again Sieg.
He says that at first he wanted to become a trainer, like most retired athletes, but then he was proposed a post of vise-president of a sportschool of Olympic reserve in Novokuznetsk. He agreed.
He says that this school is very good, the conditions are a lot better then they were before. They show the rooms and say that weightlifting gym, the new one, is not ready yet but soon it will be and Chigishev will train there too.
They also show some stuff about the rewards for taking part and winning medals in Olympics. Chigishev says that the money rewards are considerably higher than the rewards of his time.
Thanks to Charis for sharing it on the ATG Facebook Page.
