    1: I can not work out how to do these Panda Pulls and it aggravates me to no end. I know the purpose and technically how to do it, but my body just does not want to go down quickly when it knows the bar is not going overhead.

    2: Who is this guy??? China has such a huge talent pool oh my gosh. What team does he compete for? He seems to be in a different gym than the ‘big’ names. This is the same gym that the female lifter was doing Panda Pulls in in a previous video.

      Late, but Yang Fan and Wang Mingjuan who you’re referencing are both from Hunan so this is probably a/the main WL gym there.

      And as per the caption he’s 2007 WC. Also 3rd in 2009. Additionally he did a 326 total in the 2009 NG which is equal to the old 2008-2012 WR.

    anyone know a working stream for cctv5? the official website does not allow US viewers to stream, and all of the big guns (xiaojun, liao hui, haojie, wu jingbiao, zhang jie, lin qingfeng, long qingquan) will be competing, fuark.

    TVU player seems to have removed cctv5 as well.
    need stream.

    WOW! LIAO HUI ATTEMPTED 200 KG and ALMOST GOT IT. lost it in the jerk and was VERY close to lockout.

    most of the athletes took a long break and are only at 80-90% of their capabilities looks like two years of uninhibited training (ahem) did him good.

    Wow seriously, where is Yang Fan now? I keep looking for him in the nationals but it looks like he’s gone 🙁
