Yuval Ayalon (remember his last Handstand Complex?) performs another beastly Handstand workout.
He calls this the “20 set” and performs it twice.
- 5x Stalder Presses (Straddle L Press to HS)
- 5x Headstand Push Ups (HeSPU)
- 5x Pike Presses
- 5x Straddle Press
- 1 lbs ankle weights on each foot
- 2 minute rest in between sets
Note his hands, specifically the fingers. This claw grip really helps balancing. Jim from beastskills talked about them briefly here.
