Best of Olympic Weightlifting
Seems Clarence’s focus is already in the 94s and we see who he’s setting his sights on. BTW, anybody know if he hurt his shoulder in the snatch?
What a monster
That technique… that yell…Is he related to the infamous Didzbalis?
I thought so too.
The Lithuanians are a bunch of powerhouses and all look super jacked.
Getting “swole” is a thing over there, lifting(in general, not the sport) and strongman are huge depending where you’re from. I don’t know what is exactly with us, although we’re all pretty crazy when it comes to getting pumped for any sport. A lot of genetics too. Lets just say NO ONE in my family would be less than a 94kg lifter if they were a male.
The most famous strongman though is kind of fat looking from Lithuania in zydrunas savickas. He is the best ever though so it doesn’t matter lol.
steroid abuse as its finest
Damn love the intensity. He is jacked also for an olympic lifter especially for a junior where they tend to look pretty thin/lean. The Lithuanians must be doing more volume or strength training since their lifters tend to be a lot more muscular.
They are all like that. Didzbalis as well. And i can remember seeing one in the 2005 worlds who was even more insane (youtube Vysniauskas Ramunas).
LOL I had him confused with Didzbalis. That yell has to be called the “Lithuanian Warcry”. +5% strength
