kind of a newb question, perhaps, but i’m curios about how different this lift is than a conventional DL, and what makes it different (easier, i assume)…
Look at the bar bending. Notice how the bar comes up to knee level before outside tires leave the ground.
So he is not pulling on 517kg right from the floor. It’s a gradual increase in load until all tires leave the floor.
