- 10 straight punches
- 10 push ups
- 10 straight punches
- 10 ankle grab sit ups
- 10 straight punches
- 10 pull ups
Repeat as much as you like 🙂

- 10 straight punches
- 3 kicks with each leg
- 6 alternating split leg lift crunches
- 10 straight punches
- 3 kicks with each leg
- 6 sit outs to alternating sides
- 10 straight punches
- 3 kicks with each leg
Combined Combat Circuit #3
5 rounds of
- 8 punches
- 5 plyometric push ups (variations)
Combined Combat Circuit #4
- Boxing
- Pull ups
- Push Ups
- rest for a second and explode again
