I’m currently in cycle 7 of 531 and am pretty pleased with my progress.
Just pulled my pre 531 deadlift 1RM for 5 reps with one or two left in the bank.
That exciting feeling before a PR attempt is so addictive.

I'm going for 15 reps (3×5 cluster) with 20kg – pullups, which was my 1RM before I started my last cycle. I'll take about 10 seconds rest between the singles and see if I'm progressing 🙂
